Yet in many of those same places, a radio signal can still reach a home. A mobile phone can carry a message. A small digital device can deliver Scripture and biblical teaching. That is where faithful partnership begins. 
 
Through media, TWR Canada helps the global Church bring the message of Jesus to people who might otherwise never hear it. In places where pastors are few and Christian resources are scarce, radio, digital platforms, mobile apps, and media players often become the first way someone encounters the truth of God’s Word. Together with global partners, this ministry reaches people in more than 190 countries and over 300 languages. But this kind of work moves forward because people choose to participate faithfully.


How The Ripple Grows

Most gospel ministry does not move forward because of one dramatic moment. It moves forward because people decide to take part, prayerfully and consistently, in what God is doing. 
 
Sometimes that looks like a group of women from a Canadian church choosing to give monthly so biblical teaching can reach communities in places such as Sri Lanka and Myanmar. Sometimes it looks like people committing to pray. Not casually, but intentionally. Learning how to pray for the lost, for isolated believers, for pastors, and for those serving in hard, hidden and hostile places. It may look like an individual praying daily, a Bible study or small group taking time each week to intercede, or a church praying together and growing in its understanding of how to pray effectively for gospel work around the world.

Sometimes it looks like someone becoming an advocate. An individual or family begins to share the need with others, speaks with a pastor or missions leader, and helps local churches, businesses, and Christian communities lift their eyes again to the call of the Great Commission, especially in the hardest and least reached places of the world. Different expressions. One shared purpose. 
 
Each step may seem small at first. But in God’s hands, faithful giving, faithful prayer, and faithful advocacy can travel far beyond what we see. That is the nature of a ripple — it begins somewhere small, then moves outward in ways no one could predict.

A listener from Iran shared this message after connecting with one of our discipleship programs: “Your teaching helped me understand how to live as a follower of Christ even when it is difficult. I listen quietly and take notes. The lessons guide me when I face pressure from my family and my community. I no longer feel alone in my faith.” 
 
From Sri Lanka, a church leader recently wrote after receiving media players loaded with biblical teaching: “Thank you for helping our local assembly receive these radio players. Many in our church cannot access books or training materials. Now through TWR Canada broadcasts families gather to listen together and learn how to live our faith and serve our community.”
