What is Discipleship Essentials?

Discipleship Essentials (DE) is a free, flexible, multimedia discipleship training curriculum designed to meet the worldwide Church’s need for biblical teaching and instruction. Available in multiple formats and languages, it can be used for sermon preparation, small group studies, discipleship relationships, mentoring, and personal spiritual growth. Open to pastors, lay leaders, missionaries, and individual believers, DE equips users with practical resources to help disciple others and strengthen ministries. Users can choose individual lessons to meet specific needs or work through the curriculum as a complete program.

The curriculum is organized into two core courses: Essentials for Christian Living and Essentials for Spiritual Leadership. Each course is divided into topic-based modules and lessons that provide practical, Bible-based training for spiritual growth and effective ministry!
