A growing on-the-ground ministry
It’s been two years since TWR Canada began airing God’s Unique Book in Sri Lanka. The 30-minute weekly program presents the gospel to those with a Buddhist worldview through storytelling. Sri Lanka’s Christian population is in decline in the Buddhist-majority country and a large number of villages have no Christian influence at all.
In the last few months, our partner in Sri Lanka has begun promoting listener meetings as a way for believers and those seeking answers to connect and encourage each other through fellowship.
Please pray that awareness of these listener groups would grow and that everyone who responds to these programs seeking to gather with other believers will be able to do so.
